Details:
The Qt client uses icons from the Oxygen icon theme, licensed under the LGPLv3
or later, but does not give appropriate credit.
Options are:
* Switch to GPLv2 or later-licensed icons.
* Add COPYING.Oxygen file to data/themes/gui-qt/oxygen, and a notice in the
Manual.
* Switch all of Freeciv to GPLv3 or later without section 7 "Additional
Terms".
