Follow-up Comment #4, bug #23094 (project freeciv):
I made a patch to remove all Oxygen icons and use system ones instead.
Once we find good fallback icons, we can add them to SVN in
data/themes/gui-qt/icons, uncomment a line in
data/themes/gui-qt/icons/Makefile.am and that's it.
Since this removes binary files, I could not generate a file patch accepts. So
the procedure to apply it is as follows: (If you're using git-svn locally,
simply git apply it.)
$ patch -p1 < qt-oxygen-icons.patch
$ svn rm data/themes/gui-qt/oxygen/*
If Subversion still tracks data/themes/gui-qt/oxygen/, svn rm it too (I'm
using git locally, so can't test).
You will want to add data/themes/gui-qt/icons/Makefile.am to SVN.
