Follow-up Comment #2, bug #23094 (project freeciv):
Let's use QIcon::fromTheme, so everyone will have what they think are
good-looking icons. (We still need fallbacks for non Freedesktop-compliant
systems, obviously.)
I like Oxygen icons, even if they're slowly becoming old. They work with many
themes/colors schemes.
