Follow-up Comment #19, patch #4936 (project freeciv):
> the special ability of bombers to damage all the units in the tile
Wait, that's not actually documented anywhere, I think; not the helpdata.txt
nor the autogenerated help nor the handwritten civ2civ3 help.
In fact I don't think I had realised that our bombardment did that.
Better fix that. Fixing it properly probably waits for 2.5.1 now, but I can
change the README without breaking the string freeze.

Fortunately the autogenerated help covers this. E.g. for Catapult:
* Belongs to Big Land unit class.
* Can occupy empty enemy cities.
* Does not get defense bonuses from terrain.
* Slowed down while damaged.
* Gets a 50% defensive bonus while in cities.
* May fortify, granting a 50% defensive bonus when not in a city.
* May be disbanded in a city to recover 50% of the production cost.
* May acquire veteran status.
* Veterans have increased strength in combat.
Not sure it can be emphasised further without repeating ourselves.
And the README mentions it, both in the main text and in the "changes since"
section.
So I think we're covered.
(However, nowhere in the help for Catapult and other Big Land units are their
movement restrictions obvious, although they're mentioned in terrain help.
That could trip people up. Darn. It'll have to wait for 2.5.1.)
