Sorry, I have just noticed that you already changed the gfx names to "oupost"
for civ2civ3 (both trunk and S2_6 seem correct).

outpost 'hidden_by="fortress"'?

I just tested it with Trunk and you are right.
But it is not the same in v2.5, where it is possible to pillage the fort,
resulting in a "fortress alone". It does not affect the official civ2civ3 that
does not include pre-bases yet, but it will affect the modpack version.

Do you know if it is possible to use "hidden_by" for bases in v2.5? (because
it does not appear in the header help text).
I just ask it for future modpack versions.
