A while back I fixed a bunch of bugs in the maps --- many of them had lake
tiles not allocated to a region, discoverable Pacific when units could start
there, Atlantic on the Australia map, etc. The fun on the America_large map
was the Atlantic leaking around onto the Chilean coast. However, in the
process I somehow caused the Resources to be regenerated. Since the original
designer of the map probably placed them with intent, it would be good if they
could be restored.
