This is a bad idea too, because COMMAND.COM (FreeCOM) doesn't know anything about "halt", because it's no official DOS command. AFAIK it comes from UNIX. And DOS users can move to another command-line interpreter, e.g., 4DOS, Bash, Bsh, ...
