Building Freecom 0.86 went smoothly... and was giving the expected out of memory. But I used 0.86 with option 3 (himem+jem386) to build 0.85... was building freecom without errors.... but when I did: dir *.com got out of memory errors... got many with dir *.* .... and there were no command.com
First time my virtual machine had 16M... up it to 8GB... but got the same out of memory on dir *.com ... So I am rebuilding 0.85 with 0.85, hoping to get a command.com this time. Seen message about testing NOVMS ... did not try it up to now.
