I have created a wikipage which describes how you can install FreeDOS on
NTFS with permanent and full read and write access. It's not directly
installed on NTFS, but inside an raw image. There is no need to change
the partition table or the bootsector.

Someone good with NSIS?

With that informations it should be easy possible to create a Windows
based installer for FreeDOS. It could be potentially an setup.exe on
fdfullcd.iso.

This idea has been inspired by Wubi (an Windows based installer to
install Ubuntu).
