I need pthread.h and stdint.h for djgpp. Apparently, ftp://ftp.cs.fsu.edu/pub/PART/PTHREADS/pthreads.zip/ is supposed to exist, but it doesn't.
Without a pthreads library porting gets a bit difficult.
