   If all you need is to make your own .ISO to burn to CD, try this:

mkisofs -R -D -V "FreeDOS 1.1rc1" -o ~/fdbasecd-remastered.iso \
 -b isolinux/isolinux.bin -c isolinux/boot.cat \
 -no-emul-boot \-boot-load-size 4 \
 -boot-info-table /tmp/fdbasecd-contents/
