I don't know what "derp my b" means, but I can see in the screenshot that your CD-ROM was recognized as D: (and is the only CD-ROM on the system). But I don't know what's on the D: drive. Can you do a directory on the D: drive and share that list?
Also: You were lucky that your image made it through (or maybe it didn't make it to the list .. you also cc'd me). Note that attachments like images are usually rejected by the email list server.
