Hello, I think that the new beta should be called "Beta 16". The tag for Beta 16 is still not used because the Beta 16 previously created by me have never been publicly accessible because of the need of further bug fixes in SimplyHTML. Now the problems have been solved, and the Beta 16 can be created, tagged and published.
