while still trying to package FreeMind 0.9.0 for Debian, and hence
needed xsd2jibx packages, I got the attached refusal. I already
contacted the upstream author for JiBX but didn't get so far any answer
(2nd attached message).
Would it be an alternative for you to move from JiBx 1.0 to JiBX 1.2? I
understand that JiBX 1.2 doesn't require xsd2jibx anymore (well, it
doesn't deliver it for sure).

license. Only one file in the tarball has a header stating the same, the
others dont have any. There is no extra file describing the license. AND
docs/index.html contains "Licensed to the JiBX Project for free
distribution and use." which makes it non-distributable for everyone
else. With this unresolved it can't even go into non-free.
Please have upstream fix his tarball if you want it in Debian, thanks.

Hello Dennis,
I had contacted you like 3 years ago because I planned (and did) package
xsd2jibx for Debian. Now (after many delays due to a very long FreeMind
release cycle) has come the time to get the package officially into
Debian, but I'm facing a quite hefty rejection from the Debian FTP masters
(see below).
Further informations:
- I have already packaged Jibx 1.0.2 [1], as it's the version needed by
FreeMind [2] and 1.1.x is not completely backward compatible (I didn't
even look at 1.2), and I am not sure I could fix properly issues arising
through these incompatibilities, as I'm not a full blown Java programmer.
- My next step would have been to check Xsd2Jibx version 0.0.0beta2b and
see if it solves the below copyright/license issue.
- but, with version 1.2, you've removed xsd2jibx from the download section.
So, now, I'm a bit stuck, and I would appreciate your help and support:
1. could you make xsd2jibx downloadable again?
2. would the latest version solve my below licensing issues? If not, would
a new release be a possibility? (I would offer to prepare it with doing
the necessary licensing changes, for you to just validate and release).
3. or perhaps you have another suggestion?
