Sorry, but experience shows that many ISPs are running dogs for The
Man. They fold at the drop of a cease-and-desist, often without
notifying the customer.

When the ISP is an active copyright holder (like, for example,
AT&T-Time-Warner), there is no reason to believe that they'll stick up
for end users.

That doesn't follow, Ian. An unjust and idiotic law can be enforced
quite effectively.
