I wouldn't worry too much about it Travis. Updating isn't going into 0.4.
I want the network optimization and P/K in 0.4. Any more is probably over
ambitious. We do need to start simulations about that time though so it
can go into 0.5
Besides, we're not really wasting time. We have all new people working on
pseudo-updating. And hats off to them.
