Mike, the answers to your questions are in the list archives. To check this, I spend ~5 minutes typing keywords into Google. I found pointers to messages on this list discussing this exact problem, and giving explanations as to what's going wrong, why, and how to work around it. You should be able use Google, too. In the time it took to send your messages, and complain about Chris' attitude, you could have found the answer for yourself. It's frustrating for us that you're demanding that we go out of our way to answer your questions, when you're clearly unwilling to spend 5 minutes using a search engine. If you really want a detailed answer, and you're unwilling to spend time yourself to find it, offer to pay someone else to do the dirty work. Either way, stop complaining, and *do* something.
