I've been using freeradius in production for about a year. We migrated about 200,000 users from an old proprietary system to an ldap backend and are using now using freeradius to authenticate against it for dial-up, adsl, ftp (for webhosting), wifi, dial isdn, and vpn internally and as a proxy for multiple ISPs. Its been working flawlessly at about 5000 logins per hour.
My opinion, freeradius is a viable and stable solution. -Dusty Doris On Mon, 1 Mar 2004, Matt Bailey wrote: > I am currently trying to choose a radius server to evaluate for use.
