If you're not going to read the messages on this list, then I don't see why you are posting questions. You have DELETED the entire configuration. Why? Use the configuration from 2.1.10. It's not hard. Delete the existing /etc/raddb directory (or move it somewhere else), and install it again. And then CHECK the configuration directory. If it's empty, don't bother posting to the list.
