Before you can activate RDP on VBOX 4 you have to install the VirtualBox 4.0 Oracle VM VirtualBox Extension Pack. It is cross platform and you can get it from here: http://download.virtualbox.org/virtualbox/4.0.0/Oracle_VM_VirtualBox_Extension_Pack-4.0.0-69151.vbox-extpack
