Are you speaking for someone else or are you using bad English an mean "I" instead of "He" ? The messages are OK but can you justify tanking the app if something does not match what you think it should? Also, can you justify putting the asserts in without even informing anyone? No discussion at all. As it is, they are active on non debug code! I think they need to be removed or moved to a configure option.
