Right, and the pcsc dependency is only needed in the smartcard sub-plugin, thus we don't need WITH_SCARD in rdpdr main plugin. If you take a look at the printer sub-plugin, it's the same thing. The printer sub-plugin has libcups dependency, but rdpdr does not, since they are two separate .so files. In Debian, you can compile with everything, but people who do not install smartcard sub-plugin won't pull pcsc.
