Log message:
A bunch of little fixes.

1) Reverb settings correcltly loaded from patch.001
2) Reverb sent on device init and explicit change reverb command only.
3) Default volume from patch.001 set on device init.
4) midi_allstop() moved from end of SONG_INIT to beginning of SONG_PLAY.

with regards to (2) -- makes mroe sense, when you consider that things
that change the reverb change it back...
