Argh!  That's twice my soundserver chagnes were clobbered with
conflicts!  :)

Anyhow, I think it can be safely said that FreeSCI has kick-ass MT-32
support now.

Highlights of this commit:

A cleaner way handling the playflag for the rhythm channel. (clobbered
twice) -- the soundserver is completely device-independent!

Added a polyphony value to the midi_driver struct, and the soundsrver
now returns this when a SOUND_COMMAND_TEST is called.

General debugging output cleanup.

There seems to be a case where the soundserver will crash;  Happens in
both Camelot and SQ3 so far.  I'm tracking it down now.
