Log message:
The SDL driver is now completely coded.  It doesn't work, but it's all
there.   Well, not quite.

It compiles, links, and generally appears to work.  until you run it,
then it bombs.  :)  But I'm working on it..

Also, just so everyone knows, sound is currently broken.  Wasn't my
doing though...
