* (a) sciprintf back to string x {types}* -> int from string x {types}* -> void
* Added better switch() coverage of empty opcode parameters

(a) fixes tonight's build problems.
sciprintf() now always returns 1, which also fixes the places it was used in
with && (graphics subsystem).
