_sdl bulk xfer protocol is operational now for bi-dir bulk xfers.

Savegames are still broken in _sdl (and probably _null too):

Failed to enter 'save_0', cwd is '/home/pizza/.freesci/LSL3/save_0'
Saving failed for the sound subsystem

Anyway, the remaining problem seems pretty simple, but I don't want to
touch anything until I know how it's supposed to work.
