* Added 'snd' and 'sndmap' console commands
You can use those to debug MT32 -> GM mappings; please have a look at the
'man' pages. (Both those and the mappings could still need some improvement,
though).
Also, I couldn't find out what's causing the segfault when restoring from a
scene with an open port (window). This only affects the command-line savegame
handling, but it's still annoying.
All features I personally wanted to have for 0.3.2 are in now.
