Log message:
* (a) Added 'half' pic0 line mode for lines with 1/2 of the width indicated by
the current scaling factors
* (b) moved soundserver_dead to soundserver.c

(a) won't look any different from either of the other modes unless at least
one scaling factor is >= 3.
(b) should fix build problems on non-UNIX systems
