Dear all, I am following the tutorial for group analysis. I successfully ran all the steps up until the simulation for clusterwise correction. When I attempted to run the mri_glmfit-sim using the following command in the tutorial:
mri_glmfit-sim \ --glmdir lh.gender_age.glmdir \ --cache 4 neg \ --cwp 0.05\ --2spaces I receive the following error: ERROR: cannot find /autofs/cluster/birn/LEGACY/45/users/BWH/buckner_data/tutorial_subjs/group_analysis_tutorial/glm Do you know how can I go about addressing this issue?
