We might have to put in a way to configure this, but yes.

There are three potential inputs for this microphone:

     SSB audio input, which is essentially baseband. I think not 
pre-emphasized in general.
     FM audio input with pre-emphasis, potentially compression, and 
limiting.
     "9600" input to an FM transmitter, which is a more clean path to 
the modulator.

And three corresponding outputs:

     SSB audio, with BFO, and hopefully all post-processing settings 
like DSP and noise blanker turned off.
     De-emphasized FM audio output.
     9600 output from the discriminator of an FM receiver.
