I bought mine raspi's from the official store of element14. They 
redirect you to a list of resellers. Delivery time is now about one week.

One small note for the people using it for IO. Remember that the GPIO 
pins on a RPi are completely unbuffered. If you plan to use it for a lot 
of experimenting with GPIO interfacing, do take a look at the addon 
boards that exist that can avoid having your RPi destroyed if you make a 
error in the wiring.
