SCH-SM1000.pdf should be updated if you've made changes since I last
checked it. It's from 4/25.
These are things I suggested previously in private email.
Please bring +VIN to one of the pins of DIL-16 so that we can power from
the rig's 8V regulator.
LED should be on the output of VREG5 rather than the input to accomodate
a wider input voltage range.
CPU should be STM32F405 rather than STM32F407, you don't need CAN bus, etc.
