Any reason not to go with the 405 in smaller 64 pin package. Appears most
pins aren't used. Would it be easier just to do daughterboard for the
STM32F4 discovery? On the software side is there any possibility of
moving to GIT and Eclipse STM32 dev environment. I've played with codec2
on the STM32 for some time and its very difficult debug/ keep up without
using built in semi-hosting, GIT. The GNUARM plugin does do both
semi-hosting and arg passing. Also I would highly recommend starting with
the new STM32 Cube HAL. Its easier to use and easier to maintain. I have
codec2 working in a combostar with a custom STM32 with additional memory on
the FMSC controller. I've been piddling with GSMK and C4FM soft-modems on
the STM32 as of late.
