As soon as there's a source archive for both freedv and codec2 publicly
available somewhere, I'll commit a port which will automatically fetch
and build it.  A couple days after I do that, users will be able to
install them both with a simple "pkg install freedv".

If you let me know which commit to which directories (codec2/codec2-dev,
etc) are suitable and a version number, I'll be happy to create the
archive, post it on SourceForge, and create the port.
