I'll write them up when I do the port (which is effectively just a set
of instructions to do your own build).

That said, the "Quickstart 2" Linux instructions should work as-is
(Quickstart 1 does not work).  Just copy/pasting them and changing
build_linux to build_freebsd should be enough to get it installed and
working on FreeBSD.
