I thought about removing navigation during the checkout, but
this isn't the way other stores I've visited work.  I've come
to expect that I can change my mind at the last minute, go
back to the store and add another item.  And the thought of
all the special stuff it'd take to move things back into
session_sku really turned me off.  Every single link would
have to go through this undo-checkout action (at least
that's the only way I can see it happening).

I haven't completely digested what you said about fees and
I'll have to go back and see what impact my changes made on
that.  I'm considering offering up my changes for this but
they're not ready for public consumption at the moment.
