See these two lines in the item screen:
showRelationship($Item, 'Cross-Sell', "Similar Items:");
showRelationship($Item, 'Accessory', "Accessories:");
They will show all related items for the relationships called "Cross-Sell"
and "Accessory". If you've created different names for relationships,
you'll have to change the name in the function call. You also have to
create the relationships between the items through the admin interface.
