Just got this message from a customer:

A few minutes ago, I completed the Login Information page; filled my basket
with $128.00 worth of items; completed the billing Contract page; and
attempted to Confirm my order. However, the confirmation failed to come
through.  And, when I went back to the "store", my basket was empty.

Anyone know what might be causing this? This is the second message I've
gotten like this. Anyone else had this problem?
