Let me just add that I don't think the checkout process is optimal. And we
probably do need to go towards a model where all the fees and totals are
created at once as the order is confirmed. We probably want to get rid of
session_sku in favor of just using invoice_sku for the basket. And we
should use an "external order ID" so we don't get invoice numbers that skip
around.
