Yes please do.

There is a workaround that you can use in the meantime.
find /path/to/music -name "front.*" | \
sed 's/\(.*\)front\(.*\)/mv "&" "\1cover\2"/' > script
sh script.

This will move the front.jpg, front.png, etc to cover.jpg etc. For some
reason cover.jpg works whereas front.jpg does not.
