I tested by hand because I had and still have the same problem.
I telnet to the vsd port and issue the commands by hand.
The point is that the vsd process that is supposed to exit neved does so....
if you reboot the vs from the command prompt while you're still waiting for
the web page to come up, you'll see it (the reboot kills the vsd daemon as
well).
This is a problem I tought was related to rh7 because that is where I first
found it (in january....)
