[root@development sbin]# ./vsboot --start
Segmentation fault
[root@development sbin]#

I issued the ./vsd-vsbatch.pl command which returned no errors, as you can
see above, but still the
"Segmentation fault" error.

Did you execute vsd-vsbatch.pl? You have to excute the command in order to
 reflect the virtual server creation.

just type:
vsd-vsbatch.pl
