Perhaps a fruitful direction for your project would be to seek analogs to the Kochen-Specker theorem of QM? You could call it the *Jochen-Kochen-Specker theorem of consciousness*, wherein you can establish that what fails is the attempt to place every individual perspective into one complete, context-independent assignment of experiential facts.
We would then need to specify what counts as a context, what facts are being assigned, and which consistency requirements make a global assignment impossible. Then you and I could argue about the ontological status of Hilbert space, its physicality. Tangentially, this paper by Chris Isham, Topos Methods in the Foundations of Physics, touches on some of what I have in mind: https://arxiv.org/pdf/1004.3564
