Well Putty has a Linux version as well. Not that I've ever used it really.

It does seem a strange fit for a
Linux system, so I think you're going to have a hard time finding
it.  After all, we already have excellent terminals, a plethera
of file tranfer protocols, and telnet/ssh options.  Too much
abundance for someone to write a catch-all program.
