There is also an equivalent structure/participants/projects *at the provincial level here in Quebec*, and most probably elsewhere in other provinces. The challenge is getting all of them talking together, or at the very least, sharing (if publicly, even better) what they do, even daily. I want to be clear this is not about setting up / bridging technical tools, though, but using existing structures and know each other better.
