Wirklich? Verkaufen die keine Nutzerprofile an die Werbewirtschaft? Die Werbung muß ja nicht auf Github stattfinden. Erfassen die wirklich keine Daten ihrer Nutzer?
Was sie *wirklich* tun, weiß man nie genau, aber man kann sich ja die Terms of Services genauer anschauen. Das ToS;dr-Projekt, an dem auch ein FSFE-Mitglied mitwirkt, hat das für GitHub schon mal getan: https://tosdr.org/#github Insgesamt wird GitHub dabei die Note B verliehen.
