Yes indeed. Geolocation inside network 10 would be an achievement, if it could be done at all. It mostly depends on CIDR, which came long after those early address allocations. Does anybody attempt to do geolocation inside network 9, for example - which is IBM? I doubt anyone ever sees those addresses on the Connected Internet.
