Randy is a bright man and  I can see how that would assist in job
security.LOL! Good morning Randy.
        Even though this is driving me crazy, I look at every encounter with
the RCN support staff as a free lesson in learning another language. Forget
about getting any actual help. Perhaps true tech support is another RCN ala
carte add on?
