One more thing, in order for the behaviour to be extreme enough to be 
considered even "just" a personality disorder, it needs to be pervasive. 
Meaning - in every walk of life. Toward the cashier at the store, their 
family and their boss. Not limited to one part of their lives.

Such pervasiveness and extreme bahviour is not something which is easily 
seen.
